Neofect™ DNA transfec on reagent 非脂質(zhì)陽(yáng)離子聚合物為主的轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，是新一代非病毒轉(zhuǎn)染試劑。

可以與 DNA 形成穩(wěn)定的復(fù)合物，透過(guò)細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞內(nèi)，并保護(hù) DNA 免受核酸酶的降解。該試劑對(duì)細(xì)胞毒性
很小，可在含血清與抗生素的完全培養(yǎng)基中充分發(fā)揮作用。

低細(xì)胞毒性

Neofect™ DNA transfection reagent是一種非常溫和的轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，相比脂質(zhì)體轉(zhuǎn)染試劑,表現(xiàn)出更低的細(xì)胞毒性。在10倍使用濃度下，仍無(wú)明顯細(xì)胞毒性.
